Stage 3 of 3
And finally, balance.
Once you move and do strength work, what is left is keeping it up. And that depends on what happens the rest of the day.

What you look after
Three things: how you sleep, how you eat and how you feel when you move. They decide whether you will have the energy and the will next week.
Eating well, without logging everything
Writing down everything you eat is tiring, and almost nobody keeps it up. Here you do not have to.
If you tell us your weight and height, we estimate how much you should eat for your goal and give it to you in portions you measure with your hand. And each day you answer a single question: did you eat well, so-so or badly? That is enough to see the pattern.
Effort, without a heart rate monitor
To know how hard you moved we use the talk test: if you could sing it is easy, if you can talk it is moderate, and if you can only manage a few words it is hard. A wide base of easy and moderate, with a little hard, is a good mix.
Maintain, do not escalate
At this stage the goal stops being to do more. It is to still be doing it a year from now. The method is yours.
