Welfitlab is an app that helps you stay consistent with exercise: it suggests a plan based on what you tell us and keeps what you log. It is provided by Sergio Gualda Rodriguez.

You must be 18 or older. You expressly declare this when you create the account.

The account is personal. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for keeping access to your email, which is used to recover it.

Welfitlab gives general recommendations for healthy adults. It is not a medical device, it does not diagnose or treat anything, and it does not replace your doctor, a physiotherapist, a nutritionist or a trainer.

The plans, calories, portions and steps you see are approximate estimates, calculated with general formulas from what you tell us. They may not be right for you.

If you have an illness or an injury, are pregnant or take medication, talk to a professional before starting or changing your activity or your diet. If you feel chest pain, dizziness, unusual shortness of breath or any strong pain while exercising, stop and seek medical attention.

You decide what to do with the recommendations, and you do so at your own responsibility.

Do not use the service for anything illegal, do not try to access other people's data and do not interfere with how it works.

We work to keep the service running well, but it is provided as is: it may fail, change or be interrupted. We may modify or remove features.

If we change these terms in a meaningful way, we will let you know beforehand. If you disagree, you can delete your account.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for harm arising from following the app's recommendations, or from interruptions or loss of data. Nothing here limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer.

You can export your data and delete your account at any time from Profile. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. How we handle your data is explained in the privacy policy.
